Terms of use

The agreement between you and Megvite when you create an account, book visits or pay your clinic for access.

Effective October 11, 2026

The service

Megvite provides virtual care: video visits with licensed providers, messaging with your provider, care plans, prescriptions when a provider decides they are clinically appropriate, and lab coordination.

Clinical decisions are made by your provider using their professional judgment. Megvite does not guarantee a diagnosis, a prescription or any particular result. Results vary. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Not for emergencies

Megvite is not an emergency service. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use messages or visits for urgent symptoms.

Eligibility and your account

You must be 18 or older and located where our providers are licensed to treat you at the time of your visit.

Give accurate information, including your health history, and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Visits and prescriptions

Some concerns are better handled in person. Your provider may decide a virtual visit is not right for your situation and recommend other care.

Prescriptions are written only when your provider determines they are appropriate and allowed by law. Some medications cannot be prescribed through virtual care.

Access and payment

Your clinic sets the price for its care and is the party that charges you. You see the price and whether it is monthly or one time before you pay. The payment goes to your clinic's payment account, and Megvite keeps a 3% platform fee from it.

Monthly access renews each month until you cancel. To cancel or ask about a charge, contact your clinic. Lab tests and medications may be billed separately by the lab or pharmacy.

Using Megvite respectfully

Do not misuse the service, impersonate anyone, record other people without their consent, or harass clinicians or staff. We may suspend accounts that do.

Limits of liability

To the extent the law allows, Megvite is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If changes are meaningful, we will post them here with a new effective date and tell you before they apply to you.
