Accessibility

How Megvite supports people with different abilities, devices and access needs, and how to ask for help.

Effective October 11, 2026

Our approach

We design Megvite to work with keyboards, screen readers and zoom, with readable contrast in light and dark mode, and with reduced motion when your device asks for it. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

During visits

Visits run in your browser on a computer, tablet or phone, with no download. You can use chat alongside video, and you can turn captions on when they are available for your visit.

If you need an interpreter or another accommodation, tell us when you book and your provider will work with you on it.

Known limits

Some content, such as shared documents from outside sources, may not be fully accessible. Tell us and we will help you get the information another way.

Ask for help or report a barrier

If something on Megvite is hard to use, email team@megvite.com with the page and what happened. We use these reports to fix problems.
