Medical cannabis evaluations, by video.
For clinicians who certify patients in Arizona and other states. Evaluate, sign the certificate and track renewals in one place.
Everything an evaluation needs, in your workstation.
Evaluations
New certification and renewal visit types, with a structured evaluation note.
Qualifying conditions
Your own list for each state. Arizona’s list is included as a starting point.
Signed certificate
A printable page, signed by the clinician and stored with the visit.
Registry and renewals
Record the registry ID, then remind the patient before the certificate expires.
The clinician decides.
Megvite records the certifying clinician’s decision and does not determine eligibility. A certification is a signed document, not a prescription.
- Patient name, date of birth and state on every certificate
- Qualifying condition, as the clinician assessed it
- Provider name, NPI and state license number, added at signing
- Evaluation date and expiration date, from your state’s certification length
- State registry submission date, registry ID and who submitted it
- Never sent to an e-prescribing network
Questions from evaluation practices
Does Megvite decide who qualifies?
No. The certifying clinician decides whether a patient qualifies. Megvite records the evaluation, the decision and the signed certificate.
Which states can I certify in?
Any state where you hold a license. Arizona’s qualifying conditions come as a starting list. Add other states and edit every list to match each state’s current rules.
Is the certificate sent as a prescription?
No. Cannabis is not e-prescribed. The certificate is a signed document stored with the visit, and it never goes to an e-prescribing network.
How do renewals work?
When you sign, Megvite schedules a renewal reminder before the expiration date and opens a follow-up window the patient can book from their portal.
